My Story
I believe therapy works best when people feel genuinely seen, accepted, and comfortable enough to show up as themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and reflective, creating a space where clients can feel heard while also being gently challenged toward growth and healing. I value the human connection in therapy deeply and strive to build authentic relationships with my clients where they feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. You are meant to live a fulfilling life, not just survive day to day.

My passion for therapy comes from my own personal mental health journey, as well as experiences within my family that showed me both the importance of support and the impact compassionate, intentional care can have. Those experiences inspired me to become a therapist that provides a safe, supportive space for others to process life openly and honestly. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and we can all use a little support and guidance.

I enjoy working with women and teens navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I aim to help you feel empowered, supported, and connected throughout the therapeutic process.

I am originally from New Jersey and I love going to the beach, reading and crafting in my free time. My favorite grounding and self-care practices include yoga and journaling outside, which help me stay present and connected.
