My Story
I didn’t come into business consulting through spreadsheets alone — I came through people.
As a Licensed Mental Health clinician, Leadership Consultant, Project Manager, and Systems Thinker, I’ve spent years studying & performing what actually drives performance beneath the surface. I discovered that decision fatigue, misalignment, unspoken tension, unclear roles, burnout, and communication breakdowns slowly erode productivity and morale. These issues don’t show up neatly on reports — but they show up in turnover, stalled growth, reactive leadership, and exhausted teams.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy and psychology. I help organizations see clearly what’s working, what’s draining energy, and where small but intentional shifts can create meaningful return in performance, retention, and leadership confidence. This is not therapy, but it is informed by clinical insight, which allows me to name patterns quickly, ask the right questions, and guide teams through change with precision and care.
I’m especially drawn to founder-led, mission-driven, healthcare, education, nonprofit, and service-based organizations — including hybrid and remote teams — who want to grow without losing their culture or their people.
