Nature Therapy: Healing in Motion, Grounded in Science

FJP_7024.jpg

What Is Nature Therapy?

Nature Therapy is a therapeutic approach that integrates traditional mental health counseling with the calming, regulating power of the natural world.

Our sessions take place outdoors—often walking or sitting mindfully along a quiet, safe route—allowing therapy to unfold in a way that feels more organic, embodied, and easeful.

Rather than sitting across from one another in an in person or virtual office, we move gently through nature together. Our conversations will flow differently here as nature supports the nervous system softening. This also simplifies emotions and create increased safety to explore.

This offering is available exclusively for teens and individual adults who feel called to a more grounded, expansive way of healing.
